Please call to schedule services for:

 Immunizations.  Adult and Childhood vaccines administered per CDC Immunization Schedule.

TB Skin Testing. Return to clinic in 48 - 72 hours for result.  

Kan-Be-Healthy Assessments (KBH).  Screenings include vision, hearing and dental assessments following the Early and Periodic, Diagnostic, and Treatment guidelines for developmental and preventative care.  

Allergy and Vitamin B Shots. Physicians orders required for maintenance dosing.

Blood Pressure Checks. Obtained by nurse and results given to patient. 

Sexually Transmitted Infection Testing. Tests for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, HIV, Syphilis completed through a blood and urine sample. Results within 7-10 business days. Treatment administered when indicated. 
 

Pregnancy Testing. Urine Pregnancy Test. Results same visit.

Paternity Testing. Appointments are set up through Lab Corp and samples are collected at GCPHD.
